Volcanic Roses from Roses del Fuego™ are exquisite rose blooms cultivated under the majestic and active Cotopaxi volcano in Ecuador. These roses are not just flowers; they are a symbol of strength, resilience, and natural beauty, nurtured by the rich volcanic soil and unique climate of their surroundings.
Our flowers are exclusively sourced from our farm located in the picturesque slopes beneath the Cotopaxi volcano in Ecuador. This breathtaking location, coupled with our sustainable farming practices, contributes to the exceptional quality and distinctive characteristics of Roses del Fuego's™ Volcanic Roses.
Roses del Fuego™ proudly delivers nationwide across the United States, with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico (although we hope to soon!). Our goal is to bring the beauty and energy of Volcanic Roses to as many doorsteps as we physically can, no matter where you are in the country.
Absolutely! Our Volcanic Roses are 100% real and carefully cultivated to meet the highest standards of quality and beauty. Each bloom is a living testament to the natural wonders of Ecuador's Cotopaxi region, and the labor of love put in by each member of the Roses del Fuego™ family. Some of our Volcanic Roses are painted roses, which means they are real roses that have been carefully hand-painted by our expert artisans to create out-of-this world colors you could otherwise not find elsewhere.
Roses del Fuego™'s farm has been recognized for its commitment to sustainability. Our practices include eco-friendly farming, water conservation, and fair labor practices. We take pride in ensuring that the beauty of our roses is harmonious with the environment and the communities involved in their cultivation.
To extend the life of your Volcanic Roses, keep them in a clean vase with fresh water, changing the water every two days. Also remember to keep them away from direct sunlight. Click here for a step-by-step tutorial on how to unbox your Volcanic Roses.
We partner with UPS to ship your order with the highest quality and freshness standard. However, that means that once an order is shipped, you may be unable to change your delivery address. If a mistake was made when entering the address, please contact us at Rosesdelfuego.com, and we will do our best to accommodate any changes with our delivery partner. Note we cannot guarantee successfully changing a delivery address.
When we process the order, it means your roses are being cut and prepared for shipment. Given roses are a delicate, perishable product, we will be unable to make any changes after processing the order. However, if shortly after placing the order you realized you made a mistake, please send us a note at rosesdelfuego.com and we will do our best to accommodate any changes, although we cannot guarantee we will be able to successfully modify the order.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor the status and expected delivery date of your Volcanic Roses. Remember that your roses are cut when you place the order and are shipped directly to you (no middleman!) So, the tracking number is generated at the farm and tracks the Volcanic Roses’ journey to you!
We offer a unique experience by providing boxes of 25, 50, or 100 Volcanic Roses. These are carefully packed at the farm to ensure we preserve the roses throughout the trip. Unleash your creativity and assemble your own arrangements, making each box a personal and artistic expression. We also encourage filling multiple vases with Volcanic Roses, to mirror your esthetic and desires.
We ship our Volcanic Roses directly from our farm in Ecuador, therefore, deliveries take a minimum of 4 business days. Remember you can track your order, so you know exactly where your roses are every step of the way.
We partner with UPS to ensure seamless deliveries. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Because of this, if you are ordering Volcanic Roses for an event, we recommend picking your delivery date for one day in advance.
When roses are shipped directly from the farm, some have what are called protective guard petals, which are the roses' outer petals whose purpose is to protect the blooms from damaging during the trip. These petals may appear discolored or bruised, but that only means they achieved their purpose! Note the number of guard petals varies by variety but removing them will not affect the target size of the bloom.
Once you receive your Volcanic Roses, these petals should be removed, allowing the rest of the Volcanic Rose to bloom. Please allow the Volcanic Roses to hydrate 1-2 days and make sure to add 1 pack of flower food per bunch and to cut the stems diagonally to make sure the flowers can hydrate adequately. With proper care, our Volcanic Roses bloom beautifully and last for weeks!
If you are still unsatisfied with your order, please send us a note at rosesdelfuego.com attaching pictures of your roses and we will be happy to assist you. Customer satisfaction is our top priority!
Absolutely not! If you have an event or a special occasion coming up (or just because!), please go to our Events tab to place large orders. Note we do offer discounts as the order quantity increases!
